Thelma Stephens

Thelma Virginia Stephens, age 89 of Smyrna, passed away on December 27, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 11:00 am at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in Powder Springs with Rev. Mike Stephens officiating. Mrs. Stephens was a native of Atlanta and retired from the Cobb County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Harold Stephens; father, Lee Hunt, and mother, Mary Etta Shaw Hunt. She is survived by her children, Robert Stanley Stephens, Billie Michael Stephens and Pamela Virginia Stephens; and her two grandchildren, Brittany Virginia Stephens and Michael Malone Stephens. The family will receive friends Friday, December 30, 2016, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.
