Tamela K. Martinez, age 54, of Villa Rica, GA passed away Friday, December 1, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, December 3rd at the West Metro Church of God in Douglasville with Rev. Steve Brown officiating.
She is survived by:

Son: Chad (Brandy) Forsyth, Weaver, AL
Daughter: Chanda Coffman, Temple, GA
3 Siblings: Ricky (Dawn) Forsyth, Forest Park, GA

Shannon (Robert) Hummer, Temple, GA
9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild
