Sharon Farmer, 71, of Douglasville, GA. passed away Monday, August 31, 2015. Services will be 2pm Thursday, September 3, 2015 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home with Lee Delbridge officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park. Mrs. Farmer was a homemaker and a member of New Genesis Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Captain David Farmer. Mrs. Farmer is survived by her children, Michael David Farmer of Marietta and Tressie (Tim) Sword of Douglasville; Brother, Donald Brazelton; Grandchildren, Christopher Durham, Eric Durham, Ian Farmer and Michaela Farmer; and 2 Great Grandchildren, Kayla and Ellese Durham.
