Rebecca A. (Mills) Redding

Rebecca Ann Mills Redding, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed peacefully in her sleep on April 9, 2025, in Ridgeville, SC at the age of 91. She was born in Atlanta, GA on April 16, 1933, the daughter of the late Clyde Harold Mills and the late Clara Everhart Mills. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Bobby Glenn Redding, brothers Jimmy, Harold, Richard and Clyde Mills. 

She is survived by her daughters Rachel Redding of Greer, SC, Laura Redding Redwine (Mark) of Ridgeville, SC; grandchildren Clara King Huskey (Jon) of Greer, SC, Michelle King of Taylors, SC, Phillip Satterfield (Jacobee) of Ridgeville, SC, Michael Satterfield (Steve) of Roswell, GA; great grandchildren, Sam, Maggie and Cate Huskey, Phoebe and Brody Satterfield; sister, Patricia Mills Trotter (Walter) of Griffin, GA, and numerous nephews and nieces. 

Known to her family and friends as Becky, she touched the lives of many with her generosity and kindness. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA from 5:00- 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA, on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 am.
