Randall Dilbeck, a cherished husband, dad, poppa, and friend, entered in the presence of the Lord on September 16, 2025. Born on June 6, 1947, in Marietta, Georgia, Randall lived a life marked by love, service, and commitment to his family, church, and country.
A veteran, Randall was drafted and served honorably in the United States Army at the rank of Private First Class during the Vietnam War, a testament to his dedication to his nation. His military service was a pivotal part of his life, influencing his values and instilling a deep sense of pride in service for others.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Glenda Dilbeck, and their children: Robert Dilbeck and his wife, Cindy; Sandy Harris and her husband, Donald. Randall was a proud poppa to Alex Speights and his wife, Abbey; Isaac Harris; Angel Dilbeck; Rachel Wiley and her husband, Ethan; and Leah Harris. He found immense joy in his great-grandchildren: Paisleigh Speights, Maverick Shelton, Elaina Speights, and Daniel Speights.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Alice Dilbeck, and his sister, Betty Bradburn Dilbeck.
In honor of his life, visitation will be held at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia, on September 19, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on September 20, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. A funeral service will take place on September 20, 2025, at 2:30 PM, followed by a graveside service at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Blairsville, Georgia, commencing at 5:30 PM.
Randall Dilbeck's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be dearly missed.
