Patricia Muhlig Burton, 70, of Marietta, Georgia, met her Savior on September 10, 2026, surrounded by loving family.

Pat was born on October 18, 1955, in Madison, Tennessee, the daughter of John Robert Muhlig, Jr. and Mary Anne Ross Muhlig. 

Left to honor her memory are husband, Daniel Morgan Burton; children, Heather Hammond (Chad), Christina Dillon (Chris), Evan Burton (Dana), Robert Franklin, III (Katherine), Mary Beth Thomas (Andrew), Kathryn Johnson (Benjamin), and Andrew Burton (Leah); grandchildren, Evan Dillon (Christiana), Emilie Hoover (Brock), Nykolas Hammond, Ethan Dillon, Mia Hammond, Elise Dillon, Lilija Hammond, Noa Hammond, Audra Thomas, Elijah Dillon, Esther Franklin, Reid Burton, Lisette Thomas, Micah Hammond, Rory Burton, Anna Franklin, Ramsey Burton, Lucy Burton, Riggins Burton, Owen Johnson, Winnie Burton, Rhodes Burton, Reagan Burton, and Everett Johnson; great-grandchildren, Wesley Dillon and James Hoover; sister, Beth Henderson (Steve).

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 13th from 4-6 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held for the family.
