Norman Lloyd White Jr.

Norman "Buck" Lloyd White, age 79, passed away on July 20, 2026. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia with Rev. Keith Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton, Georgia. Buck was a native of Itta Bena, Mississippi and lived most of his life in Austell, Georgia. He was a member of Floyd Road Baptist Church, where he volunteered with the Homeless Ministry. He was very involved in the Girl and Boy Scouts, being a leader in the Boy Scouts and a Girl Scout Father. His other hobbies was camping, fishing, cooking, reading, coin collecting, space and aero science and miniature car collections. Buck ran his own business Buck's Heating and Air Service for many years.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Angie Walden, his mother Mary Kirkland, his sister Joyce Kirby, his sister Hazel Norman, his father Norman White Sr. and his great grandson Marc Vince Perry III.

He is survived by his wife Mary White, two sons Matthew (Christy) White, and Mike (Andi) White, his daughter Norma White, his son - in - law Wally Walden, his brother James (Kim) White , his grandchildren Bethany (Marc) Perry, Kimi (Brett) Williams, Jeremy , Mikayla and Jonah White, David, Katherine and Anna Walden. his great grandchildren Nathan, Natalie and Natina Perry, Kaseryn, Memphis, Walker, and Atley Williams and Mircal White and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 27, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
