Nancy Lee Bannister

Nancy Lee Bannister, age 64, of Lawrenceville, passed away on May 23, 2012. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 26, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road in Marietta. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Cumming at 1:30pm. Born in Ft. Pierce, FL, Mrs. Bannister moved to Lawrenceville in the early 1970’s from Texas. She worked as a clothing inspector with Kids R Us. Survivors include her husband, Charles Bannister; mother, Anne Cooper of Lawrenceville; sons, Alan Bannister of Lawrenceville and Daryl Bannister of Chardon, OH; sisters, Jan and Sandy; 2 grandsons and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 25, 2012, from 5pm-8pm and Saturday from 9am until the service.
