Michael Anthony Alvarado, affectionately known as "Moose," passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2026. He leaves behind cherished memories and an enduring legacy of love and laughter. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah Alvarado; his son, Tony Alvarado; and his daughters, Dana Dean, Elyse Ridenour (Daniel), and Ariel Fraguela (Alex). He was a devoted grandfather to Janson, Selena, Devyn Rae Alvarado, Ashton, Madilyn Crenshaw, Audrey, and Sarah Ridenour, and Julian Fraguela, as well as a great-grandfather to Charlotte Wiles and Jaxon Alvarado.

Preceded in death by his sons, Belton and Corey Alvarado, Michael now joins them in eternal rest. He will be remembered for his unique personality and the joy he brought to those around him. With a curious spirit, he loved exploring the mysteries of the universe and was known for his fascination with aliens. A devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, Michael proudly supported his teams.

Above all, Michael was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. His memory will live on through his family, the stories they share, and the love he gave so freely. Though he is no longer with us, the impact he made will never be forgotten.
