Mary Alice Hardiman

Mary Alice Hardiman, age 91, of Acworth, Georgia passed away Monday, September 22nd, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Johnny Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia Memorial Park at 2:00 PM in Marietta, Georgia. 

Born in Pennsylvania, Mrs. Hardiman was a successful businesswoman leading an insurance agency that specialized in motorcycle insurance for over 50 years. More importantly, she was 'Grandmary' a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that was loved and adored by her family. Mary never had a bad day, and most often if you asked her how she was doing, she would reply "I am doing great!". Mary attended the First Baptist Church of Austell.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Ernie Hardiman, Charlie (Darlene) Hardiman, and Joe (Julie) Hardiman; 7 Grandchildren, Christopher Hardiman, Mariah Duong, Alicia Butler, Lindsay Muncy, Spencer Hardiman, Carson Stanley and Calli Stanley; 2 Great Grandchildren, Beau Butler and Luke Butler. 

She is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Hardiman, Jr., daughter, Linda Alice Gardner, and daughter in-law, Darlene Hardiman.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
