Judy Arrowood Cline

Mar 11, 1951 — Jun 2, 2026

Powder Springs, Georgia

Judy Arrowood Cline, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Cataula, Georgia, on June 2, 2026. Surrounded by the loving hands of her daughter and son-in-law, Judy’s final moments were a testament to the deep bonds she nurtured throughout her life.

Born on March 11, 1951, Judy was a woman of remarkable strength and kindness. Despite the challenges she faced being blind, she embraced life with a spirited heart and unwavering determination. She was not only an amazing homemaker who took care of every detail—from cleaning to cooking—but a devoted matriarch who lovingly raised her children and welcomed multiple generations into her warm embrace.

She found joy in the simple yet profound pleasures of life: cooking, especially during the holidays, was her passion. Family gatherings would never be complete without her special dressing at Thanksgiving or her famous banana puddings. Though she could not see, her hands and heart knew how to create dishes filled with love and tradition. Her voice often filled the room—not just with laughter, but with song, as she delighted in singing alongside her sister at various churches, sharing the message and spirit of Jesus with those around her.

Judy was a woman who walked in faith, generously sharing her kindness, her humor, and her love. She was known for her warm conversations, often spent on the phone, and for the quiet joy she found in listening to books from the library for the blind. Her devotion to family, faith, and community was evident to all who knew her.

Her proudest accomplishments were raising her beloved children, singing in church, and the unparalleled joy she found in being a grandma to ten grandchildren and a great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren. Judy’s legacy lives on through her children Kevin Cline, Heather Roberson, Amber Cline and the many loving family members, including her daughter-in-law Beth Cline, son-in-law Patrick Roberson, sister Jan Harris, sister Kim Brady and brother in law Art Brady, brother Steve Arrowood, sister-in-law Pat Arrowood, and a host of nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her memory.

She also leaves behind a landscape of love and remembrance shaped by those who preceded her: her adoring husband, William Horace Cline, her father Alvin Arrowood, Jr., mother Marion Arrowood, and brother Alvin Arrowood, III, whose spirits remain close in her heart.

A visitation to celebrate Judy’s life will be held on June 13, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia. Following this, a funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the same location, leading into a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Judy Arrowood Cline’s life was a testament to love, faith, and resilience. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered as a woman who lived fully and loved fiercely, leaving behind a beautiful legacy woven through the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege to know her.
