Judy D. Bishop, 70, of Winston, GA passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia. Burial will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Bishop, Sr., her parents, Harvey and Mary Little, and her brother, Harvey Little, Jr.

Judy had a deep and heartfelt love for animals. Her beloved cats were treasured members of her family, bringing her comfort, companionship, and joy each and every day. Her compassion extended far beyond her own pets, reflecting a genuine tenderness toward all animals. She especially admired the local Police Department’s K-9 units, holding great respect for the bravery, loyalty, and dedication of the working dogs and their handlers. She also found great happiness in life’s simple pleasures enjoying ice cold Coca-Cola, often with a smile and good conversation, and setting sail on cruises where she could relax by the ocean, feel the breeze and watch beautiful sunsets. Whether at home with her cats, supporting K-9 programs, sipping her favorite drink, or making memories at sea, Judy embraced the things she loved with her whole heart and family.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Mike) Pierre of Winston and her son, Michael (Nicole) Bishop, Jr. of Douglasville; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bishop, Anthony Pierre, Cynthia Pierre, and Heather Long; three great grandchildren, Michael Long, Milo Long, and Maverick Long.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
