John Amos Woods

John A. Woods, born 06/28/1952, in Cambridge England, to his father Amos Woods and Iris Adeline Kinstendorf Norris. He was raised in Glen Burnie, MD. After two tours in Viet Nam, he moved to Augusta, GA and married Phyllis Radford Woods. He lived in Marietta, GA most of his life, working as an electrical engineer for Gajjar Engineering Systems, Inc.

He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle lover, he loved working in his woodworking shop, camping, and so many other interests.

He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle. He had one daughter, Rebecca Hollie Woods, granddaughter Sydney Upton mother of Azariah Upton, and Kaleigh Morgan Upton Newbern, wife of Tyler Newbern, and Mother of Kallani McFadden, and all his fur babies.

He will forever be missed.
