Harriet McDonald

Harriet Louise McDonald, age 73, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 22, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.

Born in Atlanta, Mrs. McDonald lived in Cobb County for most of her life. She had worked for Publix Grocery Store for many years, and was of the Methodist faith. She was an avid book reader, and loved baking and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Hoyt and Sarah Louise Henderson, her husband, John McDonald, her son, Will Prater, and grandchildren, Zachary Deavin Capps and Delilah Crutchfield.

Survivors include: Daughter, Dawn M. Parker, and her children, Cayleigh Parker and Ryan Winters.
