George Robert Peterson, age 54, of Marietta, GA, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Private family services will be held. Born in Scotia, California, Mr. Peterson was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He also worked as a general contractor. Survivors include his son, Ryan T. Peterson of Marietta, GA; father, George A. Peterson and wife, Mary of Toccoa, GA; mother, Nell Norman of California and siblings, David, Kenny, Joan, Dawn and Shane.
