Ellen Beatrice Dunn

Ellen Beatrice Dunn, age 91, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Monday, June 17, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 21, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor Chip Dean officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Forsyth County, GA, Mrs. Dunn had lived in Cobb County for most of her life. She was baptized in a spring well at Zion Hill Baptist Church near rural Cumming, GA. She had a long career working for Taylor Brokerage as a Vice President, Sharin Food Services, and Premier Food Services, retiring in 1998. She was a long-time member of Piedmont Baptist Church. Mrs. Dunn organized and conducted Bingo Nights for Lockheed and Kroger employees. She also enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, and volunteering as a Cub Scout Den Mother. She is preceded in death by 2 sons, Ken Wayne Dunn and Kevin Wendell Dunn, and a sister, Berma Pruitt. 

Survivors include: Keith Warren (Kathy) Dunn, Marietta, GA, and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
