It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Seth Cochran, who left this world far too soon on June 10, 2025, as the result of a tragic motorcycle accident.
Born on December 21, 2005, Seth was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. He graduated from Cobb Online Learning High School, demonstrating discipline, focus and determination. Following his graduation, he began working at Publix in Smyrna, where he was admired by coworkers and customers alike for his strong work ethic, warmth and leadership potential. He was training to become a manager; just one example of the many goals he pursued with passion.
Never one to settle for just one path, Seth also took the initiative to start a business, pouring his creativity, dedication and entrepreneurial spirit into building something meaningful and unique.
A loving son, a devoted friend and a truly special soul, Seth was known for his kindness, generosity and deep sense of loyalty. He cherished time with his family and friends, offering laughter, support and love without hesitation. He touched the lives of many with his sincerity, humility and quiet strength.
Seth is survived by his Mother Chris Walters of Smyrna, Ga., Brother Mitch (Katie) Walters of Woodstock, Ga., Sister Janie (Edwin) Scott of Dallas, Ga., Sister Madison O'Bannon of Douglaville, Ga., Grand-Mothers – Janet Turner of Powder Springs, Ga. and Diane Vincent of Aragon, Ga., Aunts & Uncles., and the love of his life, girlfriend Dylan Poole of Smyrna, Ga. He also leaves behind cousins, nieces & nephews, as well as many close friends and coworkers.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the love he gave and the memories we hold dear. His spirit will live on in all who knew and loved him. He will truly be missed.
