Delbert Harvey “Harry” Maner, age 91, of Powder Springs passed away Thursday, December 27, 2012. Private services will be held at a later date. A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mr. Maner was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church in Smyrna. Survivors include: Son, Gary Maner and wife Lenora; Daughter, Jan Phillips; 3 Grandchildren, Kelley Henry and husband Brian, and Alyson and Jeremy Phillips and wife Dorothy; 4 Great Grandchildren, Caleb Henry, and Isabelle, Peyton and Jackson Phillips.
