David Nguyen, age 65, of Powder Springs, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026.
Born in Vietnam on August 2, 1960, David embarked on a life-changing journey when he immigrated to the United States in 1980. With a quiet strength and an easy-going nature, he built a life centered around the things that mattered most to him: his faith, his heritage, and, above all, his family.
David was a man of simple pleasures and profound devotion. He was most at home when he was outdoors-whether he was casting a line while fishing or camping by the lake. These moments of peace were only made better when shared with his loved ones. He spent his life working tirelessly to provide for his family, finding his greatest joy in their happiness and successes.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Chung Kim Duong who was the center of his world; his three children, Chuyen Le, Chi Sato and Charlie Duong and their spouses, including two sons-in-law, William Le and Yusuke Sato and one daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Hartley; and his cherished grandson, Benjamin Le who brought a special light to his later years.
David's legacy lives on in the kindness he showed others and the steady, loving presence he maintained for his family.
