Betty J. "Susie" Yaun

Betty J. "Susie" Yaun, age 74, of Marietta, Georgia passed away September 30, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Sean Durity officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Cedartown, GA, Mrs. Yaun moved to Cobb County in 1978 from Dallas, GA. She retired from Trinity Fellowship Church in Marietta after 29 years as the church Secretary. Mrs. Yaun was a faithful follower of Christ. She loved her Precept Bible Study group and singing in the choir at the church. She enjoyed making cards and crafts, and crocheting baby booties for Cobb Pregnancy Services. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford R. "Bobby" Yaun, on September 2, 2024.

Survivors include: 2 Daughters, Melanie Y. (Sean) Durity, Kennesaw, GA, and Stacy (Marty) Aldridge, Stafford, VA; Brother, Dewey (Chris) Byrom, Jr., Yorkville, GA; 7 Grandchildren, Haleigh, Wesley, Sara, Noah, Aidan, Gwendolyn, and Lincoln.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
