Bill McNeill

William Michael "Bill" McNeill, age 37, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Friday, February 8, 2019. A Memorial Service and Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.

Bill loved his family, friends, music, spending time at the lake and playing his guitars. He taught himself to play by listening to his favorite band, Metallica. Bill was the lead guitarist in the band The Issues for several years. One of Bill's greatest joys was being with his sweet pibble, Cali. She gave him unconditional love and constant comfort. Bill will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas McNeill, and his grandparents, Billy Joe and Annie Lou Hubbard.

Survivors include: Mother, Anne Hubbard Dougherty; Grandmother, Mary Meill; Uncles, Joe Keith Hubbard and Kent (Precilla) Hubbard; Aunt, Maxcy (Billy) McAteer; Cousins, Nicki Merritt, John McAteer, Reggie Hubbard and wife Emily, and children Jesse and Garrett, Bryan Hubbard and wife Corrie, and children Mattie and Brooks, Lindsey Hubbard and Andrew Hubbard and Delanie Pearson and husband Jeremy and children Ace and Ryleigh.
