Thomas Loren Collins Sr.

Thomas Loren Collins, Sr., age 79, of Marietta, Georgia passed away February 15, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Burnt Hickory Church of Christ in Marietta with Scott Franks officiating.

Born in Wenatchee, WA, Mr. Collins lived in Marietta, GA for the past 58 years. He owned and operated Collins Custom Millworks, and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren Jesse Collins and Elda Ida Wise, and his brother, Buddy Davis.

Survivors include: Wife, Virginia Ransom Collins; 3 Sons, Thomas Loren (Heather) Collins, Jr., Powder Springs, GA, Sean Michael (Lauren) Collins, Cartersville, GA and Todd Jeffrey Collins, Kennesaw, GA; Sister, Linda Gray, Seattle, WA; 5 Grandchildren, Thomas Loren "Trey" Collins III, Julia Belle Collins, Chloe Morgan Collins, Wesley Sean Collins and William Bear "Will" Collins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas Loren Collins's memory to Burnt Hickory Church of Christ to go towards youth and children's ministries, 2330 Burnt Hickory Rd NW, Marietta, GA 30064 .
