Sherri Cramer

Sherri Lynn Cramer, age 62, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on October 1st 2021. She was the wife of William T. Cramer. They shared 40 years of marriage together.

She was born January 25, 1959 in Selma, AL to her parents John and Azilee Powell. Sherri grew up in a military family that gave her the life experience of growing up in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, and Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father John Powell.

Sherri was and still is a loving inspiration to her family and friends. Her passions in life were showering those she treasured with love, challenging problems, puzzles and games, talking and reminiscing with her family and experiencing life to the fullest with those around her. After a long career in many technical roles, she retired from DHL Express and moved with her husband from their long-time home in Powder Springs, GA to Land O Lakes, FL.

She is survived by her husband, William Cramer of Powder Springs, GA; Mother, Azilee Powell of Hiram, GA; daughter Michelle and Jeff Cox of Dallas, GA; Son, Alan and Natalie Cramer of Satellite Beach, FL; Sisters Gayle and Darrell Dodd of Dallas, GA; Barbara Henderson of Hiram, GA; Susan and Rick Becker of Boca Raton, FL; Mary and Paul Christianson of Charleston, SC; Brother Roger and Lyn Powell of Panama City, FL; Granddaughters Taylor Elizabeth Whitmore, Lauren Skyler Baker, and Alaira Rose Cramer; Grandson Zachary Baker and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Mike Powell.

Family and friends are kindly invited to attend the viewing and funeral services which are both to be held at West Cobb Funeral Home: 2480 Macland Rd. Marietta, GA 30064. Family and Friends viewing: Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Services: Friday October 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM. Rev. Philip Napier will be officiating the service.
