Sara A. Chastain

Sara A. Chastain, 77, of Powder Springs, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 7, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road in Marietta with Rev. Mike Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at 2pm at Northview Cemetery in Cedartown. A native of Cedartown, Mrs. Chastain moved to Powder Springs 25 years ago from East Point. She was a homemaker and a member of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cicero Chastain in 2001. Survivors include her children, Sherry (James) Byrd of Powder Springs, Steven Little of Collins, MS and Grady (Ramona) Little of Dallas, GA; sisters, Martha Pilgrim of Cedartown, GA and Christine Hudgins of Zebulon, GA; grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Heather, Christopher, Stephanie and Johnny and 49 nieces and nephews.
