Ruth Lindsay, age 80, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 1pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park in Marietta, GA.
A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Lindsay moved to Cobb County in 1962. She was a homemaker, and was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Austell, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Lindsay, in 2000.
