Robin P. Wilson, born in Miami, Florida on November 6, 1956, passed away on December 13, 2015 at a local hospital. Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his mother Mabel Mattern Parkerson. He is survived by his fiancé and love of his life, Sheila R. Stockhausen; beloved sister, Linda Tannen (Michael); niece, Kristy Sabic (Ivica “Johnny”); nephews: Steven Tannen (Elisa) and the Revers and extended loving family including: Karla, Katarina, Nicholas and baby Alannah. Robin is survived also by numerous friends, the closest being Brian Rodrigues, John Cleveland, Al Alvarez, Elizabeth Mobley, Steve Innes among others. During the past year, Robin’s friend base grew tremendously due to an interest in photography of our local wildlife, particularly the American Bald Eagles of Berry College in Rome, GA and Harrison Bay at Tennessee State Park. Robin was of the Methodist faith and considered his church home to be McEachern Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 in the Chapel of McEachern Memorial United Methodist Church in Powder Springs. There will also be a memorial service held at a later date at the Eagle's Nest at Berry College.
