Robert T. Sprague

Mr. Robert (Bob) Thomas Sprague, age 71, of Smyrna, GA went to be with the Lord on November 3, 2018. Born in Niagra Falls, NY, Bob moved to Torrance, CA in 1973, where he met the love of his life, Ola. They married in June 1980, and lived in El Toro, CA for 23 years. In 2005 they moved and made their home in Smyrna, GA.

Some of Bob’s favorite things included steam engine trains, going to the sand dunes in Glamis, CA, and spending time with his wife in Destin, FL. Bob will be remembered as a gentle and kind man.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, E. Harvey Sprague, and his mother, Margaret (Peggy) Sprague, his sister, Sue Kessinger, and his two cherished fur babies, Sunny, and Bear.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Ola Campbell Sprague; sister-in-love, Marie Howard (Smyrna, GA); 4 nieces and 4 nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Open Bible Tabernacle, Marietta, GA, with Bishop Grant Cole officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

The family has requested, due to a flower allergy, that donations be made in Bob Sprague's memory to the Parents with A Purpose ministry.
