Robert Vaughn Porter

Robert Vaughn Porter, 76, of Marietta, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, July 26, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends at the funeral home after the service. Born in Virginia, Mr. Porter was a retired heavy equipment operator and was also a Veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother. Survivors include his wife, Jean Porter and one brother.
