Robert Gerald Hunlock, age 63, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away November 13, 2016. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta, GA, Internment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta, GA.
Robert was a native of New Jersey but spent most of his adult life in the Atlanta area and most recently in Douglas County. He was a member of the N.R.A. and the United States Concealed Carry Association. He loved camping, fishing, the outdoors, music and especially spending time with his family.
Survivors include: wife of 37 years: Patty Hunlock; two daughters: Sara (Mackie) Temple and Laura (Matthew) Young; one sister: Anne Marie (William) Blanchet; three grandchildren: Catherine and Wyatt Temple and Natalie Young.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Park Foundation or Georgia Conservancy.
