Ralph E. Bartlett

Rev. Ralph Edward Bartlett, age 88, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 17, 2016 (the Lord’s Day!). Funeral Services will be held 4pm Thursday, July 21st at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Ben Mock officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Mableton.
A lifelong resident of the Atlanta area, Rev. Bartlett graduated from West Fulton High School. He served his Lord as an Evangelist, volunteering for the Atlanta Union Mission for 28 years. After serving at the Atlanta Youth for Christ for 3 years, he founded the Cobb County Youth for Christ, where he served for 7 years. He also was pastor of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Austell, and enjoyed preaching at tent revivals. He was preceded in death by a son, Jon Edward Bartlett.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
