OBITUARY NOTICE
Phillip Singley, age 89, of Marietta, GA passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Monday, July 27, 2015 at Floyd Road Baptist Church with Rev. Burman Cape Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna. He will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to the service.
Born in Roswell, Mr. Singley lived in Cobb County for most of his life. He retired as a truck driver from Cedartown Atlanta Freight Lines after over 30 years of employment, and was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during WWII.
Survivors include:
3 Children: Danny Singley, Marietta, GA
Kenneth Singley, Tallapoosa, GA
Vickie Smith and husband Herb, Tallapoosa, GA
Sister: Vera Denman, Marietta, GA
7 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren
