Philip Scott Bing, 40, of Smyrna passed away Friday, April 18, 2014. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Temple Baptist Church in Powder Springs, GA with Rev. Rodney Colston officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens in Rome, GA.



Philip was born in Floyd County and lived most of his life in Cobb County, where he attended Temple Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents, Tom and Diane Bing; Brother and sister in law, Mark and Michelle Bing; Nephew, Scott Bing and Niece, Madalyn “Maddie” Bing; Maternal Grandmother, Pauline Sitten; Uncle Kim Sitten, Aunt and Uncle Donna and Harold Mantooth and special caregivers: Theresa Carter and Pauline George.
