Norman Bowen

Norman Bowen, age 78, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, March 12, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. The family will receive friends from 1pm until 2pm prior to the ceremony at the funeral home.

Born in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Bowen lived in Marietta for over 50 years. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, and worked as a technician with UNISYS for over 40 years. He was also a former Gymnast, and was an avid motorcycle rider and snow skier. He was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include: Wife of 56 years, Connie Sue Bowen; Son, Christopher Norman (Shannon) Bowen, Cartersville, GA; Brother, Jerry Lewis Bowen, Lithonia, GA; 2 Grandchildren, Taylor Bowen Tidwell and Justin Charles Bowen; 4 Great Grandchildren, Dawson Bowen, Renly Bowen, Oaklyn Bowen and Asher Tidwell.
