Nolan Roberts, Jr., 88, passed away December 30, 2020 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Nolan was born November 21, 1932 to Nolan and Annie Laura Roberts, Sr. in Lanett, Alabama. He lived most of his life in Toledo, Ohio and later moved to Kennesaw, GA. He retired from the Lucas County Department of Job and Family Services after thirty-nine years of service. He deeply loved God and his family and was a faithful member of Mt. Paran Central Church in Atlanta, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters (Erdene and Sarah), a brother (Walter) and a daughter (Gwen). Nolan leaves to cherish his memory, beloved wife of forty-eight years, Ann Roberts, six children (Ronnie, Beverly, Marcy, Nolan, Shaunda, and Brian), twenty-two grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Burial will be at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. In lieu of flowers, please help a needy family, give to a charity of your choice, or donate to the Alzheimer’s Association.
