Mary Lou Wheeler, age 84, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away December 28, 2020. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens in Acworth, Georgia.
Mrs Wheeler was a native of Pickens County, GA spending most of her life in Cobb County, GA. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Marietta, GA. She loved flowers, reading, listening to gospel music, taking care of her family, loved hummingbirds and loved her church. Mary especially loved spending time with her loving family.
Survivors include: husband of 63 years: Harmon Wheeler of Powder Springs, GA; daughter: Linda Wheeler Vickery (Charles) of Smyrna, GA; granddaughter: LaCrisha (Chris) Lorenzoni; two great-grandchildren: Bryce Lorenzoni and Kelsey Lorenzoni; brother: Grady Pearson: two sisters: Louise Jones and Betty (Gerald) Howell and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
