Mark Haumesser, age 62, of Marietta, Georgia passed away April 17, 2020.
Mark Joseph Haumesser was born 15 May 1957 at Hunter Air Force Base, GA to father Technical Sargent Robert Joseph Haumesser (deceased) and mother Evelyn May (Dunford) Haumesser. He was the oldest of two children.
He leaves behind his mother, his sister Stephanie Ann Haumesser, his son Brendt Joseph Haumesser, two nieces Cameron and Quinn Wade, and his longtime companion LeAnn Lucas.
Mark, a Roman Catholic, passed away on 17 April 2020 at the age of 62. He served in the US Army, later obtained a Masters Degree in Business, and worked with developmentally disabled youth and adults in his early career. Upon moving to Marietta, he became a Construction Manager leaving his mark on the Atlanta landscape.
It is with overwhelmingly sadness that we part with our son, brother, father, uncle, and partner but it is with deep gratitude that we hold him closely in our hearts.
Mark will join in tradition with his father Robert and be interred in Arlington National Cemetery.
