Lura Walker

Lura Hancock Walker, age 96, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Marietta. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Walker

Survivors include:

Daughter: Peggy Ann Walker Densmore

Son: Jimmy David Walker his wife Debbie Walker

Grandchildren: Stacie Walker Bilardello and husband Pete Bilardello, Patti Walker Barber and her husband Ralph Barber, Katie Walker, Johnny Walker and his wife Hannah Walker, Jacob Walker, and Jared Walker

Great Grandchildren: Tiffani Waas and Husband Chuck Waas, Devin Bilardello, and Trey Barber

Great-Great Grandchildren: Jamison, Ansley and Brodi

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation @ www.kidney.org . The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 25th from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
