Lou Ann Pedrick

Lou Ann Pedrick, age 83, of Marietta, Georgia passed away September 11, 2021. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Milford Baptist Church in Marietta, GA. Interment will be held 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Point, Georgia.

"Lou Ann was born in New Jersey to Depsey and Richard Pedrick on June 26th 1938. Lou Ann and her older sister, Betty, lived in New Jersey for over 50 years before moving down to Marietta, Georgia. She had a long and storied working career. Her first job out of high school was at STASCO/Bemis from which she retired. She moved to Marietta and started working at Canada Life. Upon retiring from Canada Life, she began working in the front office at Smyrna First Baptist Church. She retired for the last time in 2015.

Lou Ann was an active member of Christ Community Church in New Jersey and Milford Baptist Church. She volunteered at both churches in various ways including: Singing in the choir, working in the front office and food bank, teaching Sunday school, and enjoying friends in their walking group. She participated in New Jersey 4H Horse Clubs and cared for animals of all sizes.

Lou Ann was a caring daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend. She is survived by 4 nieces and a nephew. Great aunt to 4 nieces and 5 nephews and great great aunt to 10 nieces and 4 nephews. She was at every event and knew everyone's birthday. She will be dearly missed by all.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Milford Baptist Church in Marietta, GA.
