Mrs. Leslie M. Smith, age 55, of Acworth, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Memorial Services will be held 10:30am Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Due West United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the ceremony.



Born on Oklahoma City, OK, Mrs. Smith moved to Acworth, GA 7 years ago from Houston, TX. She was a member of Due West United Methodist Church.

2 Children: Taylor Ann Smith and Audrey Leah Smith



Parents: Charles Ray Maloy and Patricia B. Maloy, Pine Island, FL
