Kathryn Slack Turley, age 85, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away January 27, 2020. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia.
Mrs. Turley was a native of Emanuel County and lived most of her life in Marietta, GA. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 492 in Dallas, GA and the DAR. She retired from Southern Bell Company.
Survivors include: four children: James J. (Shirley) Slack of Venice, FL, Charles S. (Sandra) Slack of Georgetown, GA, Kathryn S. (Mark) Mitchell of Powder Springs, GA and John P. Slack of Fayetteville, GA; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
