A proud husband, father and veteran, Karl F. Eidam Jr. passed away on July 12 in Marietta. Born May 16, 1933 in Columbus, Georgia, he is survived by the family he loved: wife Barbara; children Karla, Karl III, Kourtney and their spouses; grandkids Erica, Kyle, Kayla, Nick, Chase and MacKenzie; great-grandkids Eli and Ensley; and brother Bill. He was preceded in death by parents Karl Sr and Erline Eidam and sister Deirdra. He attended Victory Baptist Church. Visitation is July 15 at West Cobb Funeral Home starting at 1 pm with service to follow at 2 pm. Burial will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
