Jordyn David Brooks

Jordyn David Brooks, 24, of Acworth, Georgia died Friday, December 8, 2017. He was born June 13, 1993 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated class of 2011 from Allatoona high school where he was a member of the first football and baseball teams. He spent many years of his life in baseball fields, football fields, and basketball courts where he accomplished many great things. Preceded in death by Keytron Davis of Ft. Wayne, IN. Jordyn is survived by his parents Manvel and Molly Brooks, Acworth, his brothers Devyn Brooks, Acworth, Keytron Liston, Ft. Wayne, and sister Jadyn Brooks, Acworth. He also leaves his grandparents, Mary Burns and Joe Hoffman, Acworth, David and Gayle Burns, Ft. Wayne, Robert and Lena Harris, Shreveport, LA. John and Evie Brooks, Flint, MI, and Evelyn Walker, Ft. Wayne. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Bailey Crawford, Acworth, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of close friends. Funeral arrangements are being held at West Cobb funeral home and crematory in Marietta, Ga. Visitation will be Friday, December 15th at 12-2pm with the funeral immediately following.
