Jon Loren Gillpatrick, 68, of Marietta, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2013 at Burnt Hickory Church of Christ with Jerry Accettura officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton,GA.
Mr. Gillpatrick was a member of the Burnt Hickory Church of Christ and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was retired as a Senior Life Underwriter with West Coast Life Insurance and was a member of the Underwriters of America.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Elaine Gillpatrick of Marietta, Children, Joshua Gillpatrick of Marietta and Megan Gillpatrick King of Acworth; Sisters, Koell McKay of Pampa, TX, and Gail Moore of Tulsa, OK.; Brother, Max Gillpatrick of Pampa, TX; and grandson, David Hillyer King III.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 7, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30am at Burnt Hickory Church of Christ in Marietta.
