John Wesley Bailey

Mr. John Wesley Bailey, age 75, of Austell, GA passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Funeral Services will be held 11am on Wednesday, June 22nd at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Dr. Richard Walker and Mr. Colin S. Brady OBE officiating. Burial will follow at Cheatham Hill Cemetery.
Born in Jackson, GA, Mr. Bailey grew up in east Atlanta and graduated from Murphy High School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and worked as a Contractor as his career. He lived in Austell, GA for the past 40 years, was a member of Macland Baptist Church, was formerly a Mason, and loved his animals, pets, cowboy hats and boots. He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
