Jean Sleister Rhodes

In loving memory of Jean Sleister Rhodes, 65, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, who passed away at her home in Hiram, Georgia on January 30, 2016. She was a native of Augusta and lived there most of her life until relocating to the Atlanta area in 1990 for her job with Martin Marietta, which she retired from last year with 41 years of service.

She was preceded in death by parents John and Alice Sleister. She is survived by her son James Rhodes, daughter-in-law Heather Rhodes, and grandson Josh Rhodes. She is also survived by sister, Vickie Lokey and brothers Johnny, Mike, & Dennis Sleister, as well as ten nieces and nephews, and three great nieces and nephew.

Family and friends may attend a memorial service at Starling-Evans Funeral Home in Harlem, Georgia at 2:00 p.m. on February 06, 2016.
