Jane Little Yelton was a caring wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend. She passed away on February 3, 2022 at age 76. She was born to Henry and Dora Little on September 8, 1945. Her youngest granddaughter Royce shares her birthday of September 8, 2011. A wonderful teacher and musician, she married her husband Donald Yelton on July 21, 1968 and they were always inseparable. Together, they had 2 children, Adriane Yelton Sammons and Theresa Yelton McDaniel. For her daughters, she was also a constant volunteer with schools, Girls Scouts and countless other organizations. Jane also was a valued member of Due West Methodist Church. Jane is survived by her husband of 53 years Don Yelton, her daughter Theresa McDaniel, her daughter Adriane Sammons and Adriane’s husband David as well as her two granddaughers Rachel and Royce Sammons. A funeral service is scheduled for 2 pm on February 10, 2022 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory. The family welcomes friends to visit beginning at 1 pm.
