Jane "Doreen" Plunkett

Doreen (Jane) Plunkett, 42, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on July 23, 2021 due to complications from childbirth. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA. Burial will follow at the Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery in Dallas, GA.

Doreen was born in Zambia to Muuka B. Mukonka and the late James Chisamu on September 21, 1978. She married Tony Plunkett on May 09, 2009 in Smyrna, Georgia. Doreen was a talented, caring, and compassionate nurse who loved and treasured her family.

Doreen is survived by her husband, Tony Plunkett, and 3 boys: Ashton (11), Alexander (8), and Ace (infant).
