James Louis "Jim" Spinks, age 84, of Smyrna passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 11am in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home with Dr. Richard Walker officiating. Inurnment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 10am until the time of service.
