Hughlon Douglas Furr

Mr. Hughlon Douglas Furr, 69, of Powder Springs, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Friday, March 2, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Mike Traylor officiating. Born in Paulding County, Mr. Furr was a mechanic with Barrow Enterprises in Smyrna for 18 years and worked for Clutch Exchange in Powder Springs for the past 10 years. Survivors include his children, Diane Collett and husband, Robert of Powder Springs, Hughlon Furr of Mt. Vernon, GA and Michael Furr of Powder Springs; sisters, Katherine Furr of Smyrna and Jennett Cheek of Smyrna; grandchildren, Randallyn Dunkley, Richard Collett, Bonnie Furr and Michael Owen and great-grandson, Tristan Dunkley.
