Harold Eugene Barmore

Harold Eugene Barmore, age 86, of Jasper, Georgia passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Ben Mock officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

A native and lifelong resident of Marietta, Mr. Barmore moved to Jasper, GA in 2003. He was a veteran of the United States Army with 2 years of service. He retired from the Cobb County Board of Education as a Audio-Visual Technician after 25 years of employment. Mr. Barmore was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Jasper, and enjoyed carpentry and working in his yard.

Survivors include: Wife of 63 years, Yvonne Barmore; 2 Daughters, Debbie Perdue, LaGrange, GA and Teresa Gooden, Jasper, GA; Grandson, Eric Daniel Johnson, LaGrange, GA.
